Andrea Favaro, Ph.D.

Founder

Andrea deals with commercial law and international contracts. He has been the legal advisor of various companies and public bodies and has gained considerable experience in company law. He graduated in Law with honors from the University of Padua and in Canon Law with honors from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Turin and also worked in research periods at French, Belgian and US universities. He is the author of numerous juridical contributions published in qualified magazines. He holds lectures and conferences in various universities in Europe and America. Member of the Scientific Directorate of four legal journals, he organized various training initiatives, related to Corporate Law and Bankruptcy Law.

Petia Krivoshieva

General Manager

Petia graduated with a degree in Sociology from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and acquired specific knowledge in the field of corporate image protection. She conducts economic studies, business studies and marketing surveys of consumer preferences, with special attention to the market situation and the best operating conditions for a brand / company introduction. Petia, former contributor for years to a leading Bulgarian research agency, has led research projects for companies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors at international level and has collaborated in domestic and international political analysis studies. In addition, in the field of social research, Petia has achieved a specialization in the market for imported goods and services.

Maria Lesova

Attorney-at-Law

Maria has specific skills in the field of commercial and administrative law as well in executive proceedings. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Plovdiv “Paisii Hilendarski”. Since February 10, 2005 she is registered in the Plovdiv Bar Association. Maria also has solid experience in real estate transactions. After graduation, she has completed a continuous training courses in European Union law, organized by the Lawyers Training Center – “Krastio Tzonchev” of Sofia (2019) and took part in the Refresher Course “Specialized training on real estate law “(2019).
