The legislation related to the warranty periods for completed construction and installation works is contained in the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance № 2 of 31.07.2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites (Ordinance №2 / 2003).
